BUNGONIA STATE RECREATION AREA. Bungonia has a large camping area suitable for up to 200 people within the nature reserve at a reasonable price per person. Facilities include hot showers, septic toilets, and creek water on tap. A camp kitchen is available with rainwater tank and electric BBQ, but large groups are advised to bring their own firewood for cooking or LP gas cookers. There is a large number of activities available for camping, scouting and military groups within the park. It is requested that bookings be made at least 7 days in advance.
